When was the last time your company gave you the bonus? Diwali probably? Well, a Chinese Company just gave a hefty bonus to its employees and we don’t know how to react. Chinese Firm Fangda Special Steel Technology gave away Rs 133 crore bonus to its employees in cash. And the employees had to fill their bags with the money to take it home.
In the steel unit of the company, there are about 5,000 employees. And the annual sales amount to Rs. 82,000 crores.
After 7 years, the company decided to pay a hefty bonus to its employees. Each employee got around Rs 3.50 lakh. Even the retired employees got the bonus.
As the bonus was distributed in cash, so it weighted more than 2 tons.
